What types of properties do you procure

We procure HMOs, blocks of flats, and C2 residential care homes across the Midlands, Greater London, and the North of England. Each property type is matched to specific provider and commissioning requirements.

We use live provider onboarding data and council/commissioning intelligence to validate demand before any scheme is progressed. This means your spec is informed by real need, not market speculation.

For most providers, the onboarding process takes 1–2 weeks from submission to approval, including a qualification call, reference and compliance checks, and alignment to your operational regions and care model.

Our guaranteed rent solution means you receive a fixed monthly income regardless of occupancy — no void periods, no chasing rent, no day-to-day management. We manage the property and the provider relationship on your behalf.
